Foam Roller Exercise 

We have created 6 classes with a specific focus on the lymphatic circulation systems movement throughout the entire body and believe that by completing each of our classes your body and mind will transform by becoming healthier and stronger inside and out.

Class 1: Full Body with a focus on the Lymphatic Circulation System, Diaphragm, Psoas Muscle

Highlights of Class 1 include

Special lecture on lymphatic circulation system and nodes, diaphragm and psoas muscle

-What is it?  Where is it?  What is it’s function? Why is it important?

Demonstration of body position, technique and weight on foam roller

Breathing and technique

-Learn a specific technique of how to breathe while using the foam roller

Green Tea Drinking

– The importance of green tea and why drinking it is beneficial while foam rolling

Class 2: Latissimus Dorsi, Shoulder Blades

Did you know that the latissimus dorsi is the largest muscle in your upper body?  Learn about the function and why this muscle is important for diaphragmatic breathing.

Class 3: Neck, Shoulder, Clavicle, Upper Back
